Paul was very helpful all the way through. To start with he actually replied to my initial email, something 4 other local heating engineers didn't do. Very prompt, told me everything he'd found in the service. (Normally they just say all done and go! ). Carried out boiler service and replaced a radiator. Paul replaced our bathroom tap, we have a really awkward bath shape so we’re worried if possible but Paul had no problems fixing. Paul was really quick, had great communication and did a great job.
