From day 1, Paul understood our specifications exactly; providing expert advice and multiple solutions throughout the project to different cost brackets. He is extremely communicative and keeps us regularly updated on project progress. Paul has project managed a fantastic team of specialists for us, collected through many years of experience, each of whom share the same devoted work ethic. The team use an holistic approach to long-term problem fixing that is considered thoroughly, carried out quickly, and to an impeccable level of detail. Paul and his colleague Tom were courteous, prompt, and kept in excellent communication. They provided a clear staged plan for investigating and addressing damp in order of priority. They also tried to provide cost effective solutions where possible and consider interim measures that might fit with the client’s budget. Would highly recommend.
