    Friendly, Professional, and Effective

    I had a problem with moles and contacted PGH Pest Prevention, and I’m really glad I did. The service was excellent from beginning to end. The office staff were very friendly and helpful, making the whole process easy to arrange. The technicians who came out were polite, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything they were doing. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

The fly control unit supplied is a professional system, not a retail product as suggested. The loft ladder was already in poor condition and this was raised at the time. Concerns were only brought forward after payment delays. We remain open to resolving matters professionally.

    Be very careful

    They never call back despite 5 requests- just emails asking to be plaid the balance. . Didn’t bother to repair damage to the ladder : just ignored the problem. Installed £150 fly unit on Amazon but charged us £425 with no explanation. The two people they sent were good and sound go out on their own : they cared about the client.

    Bees under the roofline and in attic spaces

    100% recommendation from me. Courteous, charming, smiley people who did thorough work and were fastidious in tidying up after themselves. Also went beyond their required remit and made additional effort to empty guttering and clear old, abandoned swallows nests from roofline and windows. Really exceptional service.

    Wasp nest

    The service I received was excellent. The person who returned my initial enquiry was polite and helpful. They were able to fit the job in the next day and kept me updated as to when the technician would arrive. When he did, Ben was very polite and answered my questions thoroughly. The nest was dealt with very professionally. I would have no trouble recommending this company.

    Bird mite extermination

    I used PGH to deal with bird mites in my bathroom extractor fan pipe. They were very responsive and came out the same day as my initial enquiry. On site they were professional and thorough and explained to me exactly what they'd done. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

    To diagnose then poison a large wasp nest

    Our first call to PGH was answered quickly, and reinforced by a handwritten note to confirm a free diagnosis visit. The visit was quick and efficient, the PGH man was on time and politely helpful. He quickly and knowledgeably acknowledged the problem and how to address it. The work was carried out within 4 days of us receiving the quote for the work, and we were given advice for what to expect over the coming 10 days. Quick, polite, efficient, communicative, knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.
