The service from inspection to quotation to installation was efficiently carried out. Excellent time keeping and clean working. Called back to clarify working arrangements without question.

Our old gas boiler broke down and needed replacing. We contacted Bones and Kevin called to see us the same day, surveyed the job and gave us an estimate which we accepted. This was a Friday. The following Tuesday Harry and Gareth arrived and installed the new boiler which they did quickly and efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy. They worked hard and stayed cheerful despite having to work outside for much of the time in wet, cold weather. The new boiler is working well. A first class service, we will certainly use Bones again and are happy to recommend others to do so.

This work was done superbly. Everyone involved was skilled and courteous. Kevin did the quote for the work and kept an eye on things - even coming round two days after completion to check everything was fine. Colin in charge of the groundwork and Barry leading the fitting were notable! But the whole team were great. I had to go away for three days during the work and never had a moment's worry. Everything was left so clean and tidy. I am so pleased with my new cloakroom!

The fitters were experienced and friendly, very knowledgeable answered all queries. The work was carried out with the minimum of fuss. Very pleased and would recommend.

An excellent company to work with, experienced friendly and helpful fitters and quality tradesman (carpentry/electrician/plasterers). The quotation was undertaken by Kevin who advised us so well with no over sell. Huge thanks to Barry our senior fitter/project manager, nothing was too much trouble, such a lovely guy and so tidy! Highly recommend.

After reporting a problem with enclosed toilet system I was given a repair date for a week later. However Later that day I received a call saying an engineer could call today. I was not home but gave the company the code to let themselves in. Reece attended to inspect the system, then left to get spare parts. He returned and carried out a successful repair. Brilliant service, thank you Reece, thank you P G Bones.
