Phil is a hero. After our water supplier told us we had a hidden leak, we waited six weeks for them to investigate and confirm whether it was our responsibility or theirs — only for them to leave without even finding the source. The very next day Phil came over, located the internal leak in less than 15 minutes and had everything fixed before I could even finish complaining about the water bill. Couldn’t recommend Phil highly enough for reliable, honest plumbing help.

I can’t recommend Phil highly enough – he’s been an absolute superstar transforming our bathroom. From rebuilding walls and flawless plastering to beautiful tiling, he delivered outstanding workmanship at every stage. He even went the extra mile to accommodate my “I’m not sure if this is possible, but…” requests! His advice was invaluable when it came to planning the layout and choosing the suite, and he made the whole process enjoyable – not least because he’s such great company. There were no shortcuts, and it shows: the bathroom is now, without doubt, the most beautiful room in the house!

We had an emergency blockage, and Phil arrived impressively fastg. He quickly identified and fixed the issue, whilst improving the plumbing in the process. He also went the extra mile and replaced a faulty thermostatic cartridge in our shower. It’s the second time we’ve used Phil, and once again he was brilliant—skilled, reliable, and fair with his pricing. A top-notch plumber and a genuinely great person.

Phil did a great job on refurbishing our downstairs toilet, he was very knowledgeable and suggested some good ideas along the way. Good fun to have around and always cheerful. All the work was done to a great standard and the price was true to the quote. Would recommend.

Phil did an incredible job with our new bathroom. From each step, starting with planning, then removing the old room and completely revamping the space/fitting the new facilities he's been attentive, helpful and insightful. He's given great advice to help us choose the layout and bathroom that suits our family. Top quality work, going above and beyond to listen to our needs and provide a quality service in the specified time frame. 10/10 would definitely go with Phil again.
