  Moss removal and checked roof.

  I called Patrick on Friday and he came out the same day to give me a quote.He came out the next day and did the work.He was so helpful ,he replaced 2 broken tiles ,got rid of all the moss on the roof and cleared all the gutters.Would recommend him to anyone so helpful and cleared up all the mess

  Having called Patrick he came out the same day to give me a quote for a cracked tile. On inspecting the roof he replaced the cracked tile there and then as I had spares. He also took photos of the edge of tiled roof proving we had damp that was staining our ceiling. The following day he came back with edging trays and fitted them. In this day and age where else would I get such prompt service. I would highly recommend Patrick for his expertise, very pleasant manner and attention to detail. Thank you, I will not loose your number.

  Required our summer house roof replaced as it was allowing water in.

  I had used Patrick to replace a garage roof 6 years ago and it’s still going strong with no sign of wear. I decided to check if he was still Checkatrade luckily he was. He visited and supplied me a quote by the next day happy with it I asked him to complete the job. He was very helpful polite and professional and the job was carried out perfectly he even advised that he thought it would look better if he got the same colour material as the garage so they matched. We agreed so thank you. Very pleased and would recommend Patrick and his works.

  Replacing leading below bay window

  Response was on the same day that I asked for the job, quoted the following day and was able to do the job the day after I accepted the quote. Patrick even replaced a few broken tiles while he was here. Thank you! Very happy with the work and would use again.

  Fixed roof leak

  Damp patch on bedroom ceiling, after check in loft I couldn’t see any obvious leaks. Called Patrick he agreed to come the very next day and called me beforehand so I knew when to expect him. Patrick cleared gutter and cemented roof tiles. Very reasonable pricing and I am pleased with the work and service. I have no hesitation in recommending Patrick.
