I have used Lacho from Petkov Building Services Ltd twice now. The first was a loft and rear extension which took place over 1 year from 2021-22. Lacho was polite and professional - he was honest throughout and he is approachable. His plastering work is particularly of very good quality and I would recommend him highly. Lacho is now doing a loft and rear extension for a second property of mine in Manor Park and am pleased with the progress and works so far.

Lacho and his team are very reliable and dedicated to the service they provide. Lacho assisted me with some design changes which were a great addition to my extension, and reassured me throughout their work progress. Alongside, the quality of work was always kept at high standards, as I never had any building work done prior to this extension, they supported me with the choice of materials and kept me up to date with the progress of the extension. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire again.

I have used Lacho Petkov for all my building and decorating work over the last 15 years. His turn around time of any job is fast. Finishing is very good. Very reliable. His price is very reasonable, I never had to bargain. I get most of the work done when we are away on holidays and I can trust him with my house keys. All in all he is a honest builder, hard to come by these days.

Lachezar and his team started working on my house in May 2021. They were very polite and careful with every step of the construction process. I was kept up to date regularly and very pleased with their finish. Their price was also competitive. I would certainly use them again for my future projects and would not hesitate to recommend them to other property owners.
