  Replacement toilet cistern.

  I wanted the removal of a toilet cistern from an airing cupboard. Then a new cistern and toilet installed in bathroom. I contacted Darren from Petersfield Property Maintenance. I had used their services before and know that Darren is reliable, punctual, and does a very good job. He did not disappoint me. He did the job to a high standard within the specified time. Darren also made sure that he cleaned up properly after doing the job, If you are looking to employ a proper, honest tradesman, look no further than Darren.

  Garden Shed Installation

  Darren dismantled and took away the old shed. He constructed a new shed and attached guttering with a down pipe into a new water butt. Excellent work from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Darren for any work.

  Darren was quick getting back to me to initially come and look at what I needed doing. He made time to see me and sent a quote. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Darren was friendly and great to chat with. He painted all windows (exterior) Front door Jet washed paving slabs and new grout. Great standard of work for a fair price. Would highly recommend

  fitted upvc door into garage

  Darren turned up on time cut hole in side of garage brick wall and fitted upvc door no problems at all coming back next week to do some plumbing
