A neighbour had claimed to she'd seen rats coming from my garden to hers. Peter was the only environmental health company I could find who would do a free call out to check if there's vermin in a garden in the first place. Not only did he check my garden drains and loft he came with me to my neighbours told them there were no evidence of rats living in my garden. He talked to them at length checked their garden and also told me of signs to look out for should vermin be living the the garden. Peter is very professional as well as friendly and punctual. I'll recommend him and use again if needed

Found and heard evidence ot rat incursion. Contacted Peter, who arrived next day, after his already scheduled day. He provided several solutions and other actions I could do alongside his bait stations and traps. After 2 weeks, zero traces were evident, he followed up with 2 further visits and problem is gone, I am so happy. he is polite, reassuring and very helpful and I can highly recommend him.

Pete cleared out our entire loft, removed the old insulation and disinfected the space. He also placed wiring mesh to avoid the reappearance of any more pests and relayed the insulation. Pete made the whole process so easy - from the start, he was friendly, incredibly responsive and accommodating. We had other tradesmen in the house at the time and Pete was happy to work around this which we really appreciated. I couldn't recommend Pete more. He provides a very high level of service for a fair and reasonable price.

Peter came out as agreed and carried out a full investigation and liased with me with his findings. Peter put in place a plan of action over the next six weeks and carried out the first stage. He will be back in two weeks to check for any improvements and put in place the second stage. Fingers crossed our problem will be resolved. At this point we are delighted with Peters efforts to date.
