Large job, went back to walls and subfloor to discover more leaks. New underfloor heating, tiling, rewiring, plaster old ceiling, new lighting, extractor fan, then the full new suite, plus shower and replacement wooden door. Whole new room! Guys were tidy, polite and efficient. Few delays due to other jobs crossing over, time scale increased and our new requests as the job progressed. Pete gives lots of great decor, design ideas and the whole team were very respectful of our open plan house & dogs, so they didn't escape! Bathroom is so beautiful.

I wanted a splashback measured and installed in my kitchen. He said he would come over tomorrow afternoon so I cancelled my plans and stayed home. He never arrived and messaged me at 4:20pm to say sorry he couldn't make it and had to rebook for tomorrow, which is annoying that I wasn't told earlier but these things happen so that's ok. I changed my plans again to stay home all afternoon and he never came over again and I have had no contact from him since, No cancellation message, No apology, Nothing. If you haven't got time to do the job, don't say you have and waste my time.

I am pleased that I chose Pete to refit my kitchen, He was very willing to adapt to the unforseen problems that occured through no fault of his own and nothing was too much trouble, I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Pete and his team were professional feom the get go. Communixations were always good feom quotebstage through to completion. Pete came recommended to me and with good reason, he was trustworthy (I gave him a key to my house for over a week when I was out), his proces were reasonable and most importantly, the work was of a very good standard. I wouod have no hesitation in recommending Pete and his team and I will definitely use him again in the future.
