  Rat Problem

  We had an issue with rats trying to gain entry to the house via several weak points. Mark identified the three points, dug out the covering and applied mesh to the openings before filling with cement to totally secure the house. This process took some considerable time, in appalling weather. Mark also placed rat boxes at strategic points with poisoned bait, as well as a camera.. He checked the boxes several times over a 3 week period. We did find a dead rat subsequently, but have had no further issues. Mark is professional and courteous. We were impressed with his prompt response. Great job!
