Superb service from the first phone call to the last visit. Adam was punctual, thorough and very easy to work with. I have had a problem with mice in the loft which I found very worrying. David came out to assess and deal with the situation. He has been absolutely excellent in sorting the problem out and very reassuring. He immediately put me at ease and has been punctual and very thorough and professional in dealing with the problem. He is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience/expertise on dealing with pest control problems. You can see that he takes great pride in his job and has a lot of knowledge. First class service from beginning to end - a call to chat through the various pest options and prices; and to arrange a visit, and then David came shortly after to assess the situation. Job location: NE22We have issues with mice in our kitchen and I called Pest Solutions on a Sunday morning and had David come out 7am on Tuesday. David has been extremely friendly, punctual and gave us a lot of reassurance throughout this process. He always answers his phone and has kept his word, which has made the whole situation so much less stressful. We would highly recommend David if you are having issues with pests!
