  Following a recommendation, we have used this company several times now, to deal with wasp/hornet nests and for general advice on pest control. Peter and Elizabeth are exceptionally responsive and professional. We would definitely recommend them.

  Fitting pigeon guards to solar panels.

  We were beginning to think that we would never find anyone to fit guards to our solar panels, after several attempts to get companies interested in the work failed. (Admittedly, some of the panels were awkward to access). Pests Birds and Bugs Ltd responded immediately to our enquiries, promptly surveyed the property, and provided a very reasonable quotation. The work was completed on the day agreed, to a very high standard. Totally satisfied and would recommend wholeheartedly.

  Removal of rats in the garden

  Peter was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained things fully. He used pet safe products. He took the time to seal the two holes where the rats were coming in to the shed. Peter was generally helpful and obviously knows his stuff. I would use his services again but hope I don’t have to!

  A Thorough and Professional Service

  We heard a rodent in our loft. Peter came the same week and did a thorough survey of the property, above and below ground. After finding a dead rat in the sewer, he laid bait beneath all the inspection points and in the loft, where he installed a camera. Returning a week later, Peter’s camera revealed one young rat, and all bait gone. He put a rat gate at our sewer exit and used chicken wire to seal gaps between fascias and tiles. He also volunteered to repair a damaged inspection cover. Since then, No more scurrying in the loft. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Peter’s Company again.

  Locate and Eradicate Wasps' Nest

  Most excellent service from this busy and expert company. I dealt with the co-owner Elisabeth Cherry. No sooner had I posted my CheckaTrade request than two companies phoned to discuss the problem. I was happy to opt for 'PBB' and to arrange for a visit to my house the very next day. The eradication operation very well, albeit in a difficult point of access. Elizabeth was especially helpful in answering questions and suggesting options. Two days later, the wasps have gone, as promised. I recommend this company, without reservation. Thank you.
