Following the discovery of mice at my property, I contacted Pests Away the next day and within a couple of days they had arrived to start the control process. Over the course of 3 weekly visits they took care of the problem, and provided advice and tips on how go combat it. Contacted Pests Away after hearing scratching noises in our kitchen roof void. Really prompt response. They found cause straight away and explained course of action required, immediately putting our minds at rest. Problem solved in 4 visits. Communication was fantastic throughout the visits. I had an issue with ants in my kitchen and initially tried to resolve it myself without success. I found Richard, and he was fantastic he came out the very next day to address the problem. When I noticed the ants returning, he came back promptly the following day to seal additional entry points. Richard is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and polite.
