Had a problem with cluster flies in the attic that were getting into the boilers flue exhaust and damaging the boiler. Gareth was excellent. He explained exactly what the flies were, why they were there and then took care of the problem in no time at all. Would 100% recommend to anybody with a pest problem.

Gareth is easy to communicate with and reliable. He is very experienced and has resolved a couple of entry points for pests on our property in the past which have held. If anything gets caught in the traps he is quick to come out and remove and dispose. Efficient and professional. He came to reset our traps and followed up 10 days later to check them and re-bait where necessary with another check 10 days after that.
