Came to fix mouse problem in our third floor flat. Very friendly, knowledgeable & reliable. This is second time we've used him in 5 years (he fixed the problem first time but they've found a new way in). 10/10 would recommend.

Aaron was superb, he solved my vermin issue that the housing association couldn't solve for months. We had a bad smell coming out the kitchen. Aaron took his time and found the dead rodent in the installation behind the wall. Honestly was a big help and due to it being the first visit he charged me £20. It would've been £280 on another day. Would definitely recommend. He even opened the drainage outside thr garden and explained exactly what the council needed to put in to prevent the issue happening again. Would definitely use pest link again.

Aaron is a talented professional and humble. Everything was clear about the procedure from start to finish. We also get a guarantee incase we do have an unwanted pest-visit! So far, everything's been great. No more sightings. Peace of mind with our 18 month old roaming around everywhere too. Aaron also accommodated to come before our holidays amidst his quite busy schedule. We are grateful.

Highly recommended Very professional Long standing ant issue resolved in one day. 10/10

Aaron was very professional and clean. He initially offered a free survey and came out twice to investigate the problem with birds nesting before revisiting for a third time to complete the necessary work. He explained clearly every step of the process along with showing photos of his findings and completed work, as obviously I couldn't see once he was up the ladder. I would definitely recommend Aaron if you want someone who knows exactly what they're doing and also respectful, and cleans up after themselves.
