Rang James regarding a wasp next in the roof. He came out that day and dealt with it fairly quickly . Told me to ring if the wasps were still flying in, which I did the next day. He came out later that day, went on to the roof and sprayed again. No problem since. Would recommend his services.

We received a prompt quotation for removing pigeons nesting under solar panels and future-proofing against further problems. Having agreed to the work we were kept fully informed every step of the way. The work was carried out on the days/times specified at the price agreed. Very professional in their approach and excellent service when a small problem arose the day after the installation was completed.

We had a squirrel nest in (or near) our compost pit, with the result that we were suddenly experiencing an invasion of small squirrels, and concerned at the risk of their entering and damaging nearby roof spaces. James of Pest ID arrived promptly (as always), dealt with the issue immediately, effectively and humanely, returned promptly to deal with each capture, and kept us closely informed until the job was done. And all for a single, and very reasonable, fixed fee.

I would recommend this company so efficient and professional.Initial contact after my inquiry was immediate and quote followed same day. Date was fixed and they arrived on time but had to get a power cable near the panels insulated for safety so rescheduled after this was done.They kept in touch and again arrived on time and completed the job perfectly . Lots of photos to show the proofing and give a 10 year guarantee. The pigeons have stopped annoying us now so very happy that they cannot get back under the panels
