Rob was great. He came very quickly and kept us informed all the way through the process of what was happening and the progress he was making. He came a total of four times in the end to make sure all of the rats were gone.

Rob was punctual, explained the process well and his methods appear to have been effective. His communication with us was prompt and effective and he’s a nice chap to work with. Would recommend without reservation.

Robert may got in contact with me quickly after placing the request. He booked an appointment and turned up on time. He returned on several occasions and tried different means of solving the problem. Each time he returned, he was polite, worked in a tidy manner and was efficient with his time. I would definitely recommend him and this service. The charges were very reasonable for the work carried out and the way he kept me informed.
