Pest Force (Chuck) came out and completed some bird proofing for me and my mum as we had pigeons that were sitting underneath our roof and were leaving a mess. He came on the date agreed and completed the work to a very high standard and it has stopped the problem immediately which we are very grateful for.

Squirrels seen going in to roof. Came out same day secured hole and came back next day and completed work. No further issues with squirrels. Thank you

Chuck was great at communicating what he planned to do and around arrangements for undertaking the work, despite some weather issues causing us some delays. Would recommend to others and wouldn’t hesitate to use again if needed.

I'd been hearing noises from the loft and suspected a wasps nest, but I was unable to access it myself, so Chuck and Jack came to check it out. Communication was excellent including email confirmations both before and after their visit. They are very knowledgeable. No treatment was required as it wasn't a wasps nest; they explained how it might be a bumblebee nest instead which gave me peace of mind, and advised of the option to call them back if later I did start to notice wasp activity (which thankfully I haven't).
