  Following discovery of evidence of rats in our loft we contacted Alex to assess and advise on the situation. He responded promptly and conducted a thorough survey of both the loft and exterior of the property to fully establish the nature of the problem. He then provided a clear and helpful report on the situation and recommended actions. Throughout the process he was helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
