Harry was great from the first phone call. Explained everything in the first phone call, came out the same day and put actions into place on the same day too. He came back weekly to check and was contactable throughout. He is really down to earth and genuine and nothing was too much of an issue. Left a text message and within 30 minutes Harry replied and arranged a visit, within 2 hours he was on site explaining what needed to be done. He was very thorough with his information and further after treatment instructions. He agreed what I thought was a very fair price and carried out the work. Absolutely brilliant and highly recommend.
