Very happy with Tom’s work. He came out quickly to treat a wasp nest we had in the loft and was quick, neat and clean. Tom was very professional and efficient - the job was completed quickly and all good. We would recommend Tom to anyone looking to sort out pest issues quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use again, should the need arise.

Tom replied quickly, came quickly (contacted on a Sat afternoon, he came on Monday), and got the job done quickly and effectively - removing 2 wasps nests. Not seen a single wasp since! Fair price. Would happily use Tom again for any other infestations.

Tom showed up prepared with all the equipment he would need to do a thorough inspection. He covered his shoes every time he entered my home and his equipment was clean and protected from my carpet. He spent time checking every possibility for the reason for the infestation. He even talked to my neighbours to get to the bottom of the problem. He was clear in his discription of what we could expect as a result of his treatments. Tom's service could not have been any better!
