Tom was absolutely fantastic in handling my rodent problem. His knowledge and professionalism were evident from the moment he arrived. He thoroughly assessed the situation, explained the best course of action, and implemented effective solutions with great care. Tom and pest force were very helpful. They organised a very rapid response to come and visit the site, and carried out a program to get rid of our pests over a period of time. TOM stayed in touch and explain what you’ve done, and we agreed with him some further actions that required to complete the removal. We phoned TOM to be the most caring and thoughtful of individuals, we explained everything. We would hardly recommend him to anyone else with the pest infestation.

Tom was excellent from start to finish. Diagnosed the issue , located the likeliest entry points and now we have (touchwood) a nice quiet house now that rats have been taken care of. A thoroughly nice guy with a conscientious attitude to his trade. I’d recommend Tom to anyone.

Tom was fab! He came in my front door and covered his shoes straight away. He did a survey which he carried out inside the loft and outside my property to drains in front, side and back garden. He was very respectful of my property. He absolutely knew his stuff and advised me very honestly of what to do next even tho it meant he wouldn't be doing work and potentially losing money. But honestly is the best policy! At some point when we've done the work, we will need to get him back to carry out some work which was unforeseen but it's a no brainer, I will get him back. Thanks Tom!
