Harry contacted me quickly after I made contact my initial enquiry and arranged to come out within 48 hours. He carried out a survey of my garden and quickly identified the problem areas. He treated the burrows with bait. Harry was at pains to reassure me that the treatment was safe for my cats. All appointments were prompt and he followed up each with a report. Harry from Pestforce Ipswich was excellent. He's very knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with unwanted critters in the house. He immediately identified both possible points of entry for intruders, and droppings found in the loft space. Harry placed a video camera in the loft space to determine what we were dealing with. He is extremely courteous and friendly, punctual and helpful. Would totally recommend him.
