Chris turned up, and rather than charge us his full fee for the service only charged a call out fee. He advised my wife how to deal with the problem purchasing a product from an online retailer. Great service and he's got repeat business if we get any other pest issues.

Chris was very friendly yet professional and was very respectful of my home. I am highly allergic to Wasps stings so, I was having major anxiety about the recent activity I had been experiencing around my home. Chris surveyed my property first followed by proofing the Wasps entry point to my loft area and treated accordingly. I cannot tell you how at ease I feel now and I slept very well knowing that the issue has been sorted with the reassurance that Chris will come back if any further issues/activity were to arise. Prompt, quick, tidy and efficient.

Moths were found in the loft and feeding on materials found in loft. Some were coming through into one of the upstairs bedrooms. Two separate visits were conducted to treat the problem with fumigation and traps which seem to have resolved the problem.

Chris was very easy to deal with and knew what to do! Great service with regular messages for updates which is great. Friendly and professional so would recommend.
