Matt responded to our phone call promptly and arranged to visit in the same week. He investigated the problem, set traps and bait and made two further visits to ensure the problem was resolved. Matt was courteous and knowledgeable -he explained the situation clearly. We would certainly use Matt if needed and do not hesitate to recommend his services.
