    Efficient, Courteous and Prompt

    Called Alan and he came out same day. Prompt and efficient in dealing with "pest" in garden shed. Returned regularly to ensure problem fully resolved. Always notified when he would be arriving and was happy to go above and beyond. Thank you.

    Great service and on time.

    I called Alan on the Friday he came out on Monday explained everything that he was doing and made an appointment for the following Monday. He came and advised the treatment was working and would come back the following Monday checked everything and said his job was done. He new exactly what he was doing turned up when he was supposed to, which is very rare. Well done Alan I will have no trouble recommending you in future,

    Suspected rat activity up the loft

    I heard noises up my loft, contacted Alan first thing in the morning whom I found on checkatrade. He offered to come the very same evening but I was working so he came the next day. Professional, polite, punctual, approachable and most of all completed what he was set out to do. In theory we could have finished after two visits, but I wanted to make sure the problem was dealt with and in 3 visits we had the all clear. Alan is a great professional and person. Would highly recommend again and again.
