As requested Alan Hunter of Pestforce Ayrshire attended and identified where bats were entering and leaving my property. Once the bats had vacated their roost for the winter he returned and fitted an excluder (all done under a licence from Nature Scotland) which he later removed.
Everything done in a friendly and couteous way to my satisfaction.
