I contacted Pestforce and they were very helpful when I explained my concerns. I was purchasing a property and the private survey report found that there had been or was currently vermin activity in the loft/eaves of the property. James talked me through the process and what he would do to investigate the problem. He got the keys from the Estate Agents, checked the property, saw what the surveyor had seen, some evidence of pest control measures already in place, set his own investigatory methods, sent me a report with recommendations. Luckily no current vermin activity was found a week later.
