Rang late on Monday evening gave my details came to have a look the next morning. Advised that there was not a problem and no wasps were present so no work needed to be carried out. Extremely friendly, helpful and professional. He did not charge me a call out fee which I thought was very nice of him. Will definitely call again if I have any more issues and will 100% recommend to all that I know. Many thanks for making it easy and explaining to my neighbours that there was nothing there to worry about.

Excellent service from Nigel. Nigel answered our Checkatrade enquiry extremely promptly and arranged to visit the next day. Carried out a full inspection of our loft and showed us the evidence of mice. Explained what we can do do reduce the risk of re-occurrence. We had already put down bait boxes and because of the action we had taken Nigel felt the problem was resolved. Despite the inspection and advice - and a great deal of reassurance given !! - he refused to charge us for his visit. No hesitation in recommending and will use again if ever the need arises.

Very quick service - Nigel came the same day and swiftly dealt with the wasps nest. No further trouble so far so think he’s done the job!

Came out next day to treat wasp nest - located in very difficult position in soffit. First treatment didn't quite fully treat so returned the following week, again at next day's notice to treat again at no extra cost. This was successful - a great, professional and friendly service.
