After trying other pest control services that didn't resolve our issue, I was advised to contact Massimo by a friend. He did a great job, initially to solve a bad mouse problem (he discovered they were entering via foliage creeping up the house into a tiny hole I never would have spotted). then I called him after I heard rat scratching in the night. This time he discovered they were entering via the sewer, so he baited the area and installed a valve to prevent further entry. I'm very impressed with Massimo's expertise and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

I have had rat problems for years as I live by a rail network. I asked for a quote based on my description which they gladly issued. When they attended the work was much more than they had quoted but they stuck by their quote, carried out 3 visits and removed the infestation.

Max was brilliant. He arrived on time, which was very important cinsidering the circumstances, and stayed much longer than I expected. There was no area left unchecked (inside or out) and no expense spared in the materials used to seal the visable holes. I had expected it to be pricey considering the amount of work involved, but the cost was actually very reasonable, and Max agreed to come back for free within the next 3 months if there was any further activity, but there has been none. I would highly recommend this company. Five stars for sure!
