  Effective, knowledgeable and reassuring service - highly recommend

  Carl was with us within 24 hours, immediately identified the issue and fitted a part to the drains to prevent nasty visitors returning and his knowledge and experience was incredibly reassuring. He also noticed a problem with the drains which had attracted the rats and gave a recommendation for a trusted drains specialist. In addition to the excellent service, he’s a thoroughly nice chap and made what could have been a really stressful situation and pleasant interaction. Thanks again!

  Wasp nest removal from garden

  Fortunately, we haven't had to use Carl's services much, but when we have, we can't fault him. We used Carl a couple of years ago to remove a wasp nest from our garden, and when another nest appeared recently, we had no hesitation in contacting Carl again. Would highly recommend!

  Problem with Squirrels

  I can highly recommend Carl, he was superb. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and knew exactly what to do. He took the time to explain everything clearly and walked us through his plan step by step. The issue was sorted out very quickly and efficiently. We had almost instantaneous results. Thanks Carl.
