All good. Reviewed the noises and environment and concluded we had rats (we saw the poo!), and added bait and rat traps in the drain to resolve.

Very prompt service. Extremely helpful in identifying possible places where mice may be getting in. Will come back next week to check on progress

Adam was very courteous and knowledgeable, turned up as promised within the hour. Prompt and satisfactory treatment removed danger of wasps' nest getting larger. A few strays remained in the area for a couple of hours but all was quiet after that.
