Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable guys who were able to offer me so much advice on a rodent intrusion, despite their not being a job in it for themselves in the end. The guys turned up as on time as you could get! Appointment time was between 4pm and 5pm and my doorbell run at 4pm on the dot. They were courteous and were very informative!
