Requested a deep clean of a very large property which needed a serious amount of cleaning to be carried out. This was an enormous task and I cannot explain just how incredible he was. The house was absolutely sparkling at the end. He worked so hard and explained he would not leave the property until it was cleaned to a superior level, and if anything he exceeded all expectations. The job was done over 2 days, and due to the impeccable results we actually offered more money as the quote he gave was so cheap. PLEASE PLEASE use this company you will not be disappointed! Austin was great from start to finish. Great communication and friendly. The house was quite dirty as we had just moved in and we’re very happy with the end result. I’ve found it quite rare to come across cleaners as good as him and for a reasonable price. I have a two bed apartment which over the last 5 years has accumulated a lot of dust and grime. Pertinacity did an amazing job at giving this a deep clean. Windows, frames, skirting boards, floors, bathroom, kitchen - every inch has been given a good clean. They were friendly, on time and never stopped once in the 5 hours they were here. My apartment is now sparkling. Communication before they came was excellent. As an added extra I asked for my oven to be cleaned and the results are unbelievable, this was as bad as it could have been beforehand and now looks like new. NEW UPDATE: As a result of ‘fake’ customers, we have taken measures to protect our genuine customers from disappointment and staffs for loss of income by insisting on a 40% deposit of the total cost before an appointment is scheduled.
This sum will be refunded if cancellation takes places 5 days to the appointment.
We do recognize that sometimes circumstances beyond a customer’s control may emerge, in such a scenario, we will grant the customer the option to reschedule.
