NEW UPDATE: As a result of ‘fake’ customers, we have taken measures to protect our genuine customers from disappointment and staffs for loss of income by insisting on a 40% deposit of the total cost before an appointment is scheduled.
This sum will be refunded if cancellation takes places 5 days to the appointment.
We do recognize that sometimes circumstances beyond a customer’s control may emerge, in such a scenario, we will grant the customer the option to reschedule.
