We wanted to replace all the lighting in our clubhouse with LEDs. A friendly electrician came and discussed what we wanted, made constructive suggestions and we received a quote promptly. The work was carried out by two of their electricians in due course, checking with us as they went about their work, completely to our satisfaction, and in accord with the estimate. In a short space time we had heating and electrical problems. The response to both was quick and efficient. A new pump dealt with the first, but the electrics involved removing a damaged busbar and MCB's, some temporary rewiring to maintain an overnight supply to our kitchen appliances, before restoring everything the next day.
