10 Keys locked in car

My situation was trickier than most but Besim never gave up, where, I believe others would have. His persistence was remarkable and went way beyond what I expected of him. At all times, he was polite, friendly and told me what he was trying to do. And in the end, his persistence paid off and the problem was solved. Locking barrel on my car had gone, Perolli was the only locksmith who assured me it was repairable so that the key set would not need to be changed. He came out to my location an hour away, and fixed it quickly with minimal fuss at a reasonable price. Job location: KT11Besim was a great person to talk to while staying quick and efficient with the job, took no longer than 50 mins. I used to have a plastic, rubber key which the buttons were falling off of, so i had to tape over them. Long story short i tried replacing the key fob myself and ended up damaging the lock button on the circuit board. Besim understood and provided me with an original Lexus key (opel logo on it) which has metallic buttons so that this problem wont occur again. 10/10 work.10 I had lost my key and needed a replacement.
