Replacing a roof - especially a flat roof - is a big decision. Permacote were excellent from start to finish, from discussing the pros of various options and answering all my questions clearly to the actual installation of the new roof and clearing up afterwards. The work started when promised, the team were always on time, cleared up at the end of every day and now I have a lovely new flat roof that I'm confident in and that meets building regulations. I wish I'd known Permacote years ago and will definitely use them again.

The work was carried out within the scheduled time frame. The team was friendly and worked well. They left the site clean and tidy.

Elton and the team hand cleaned my roof and gutters, which required a lot more work than initially expected. Despite this they persevered, even sticking to the original quote. Very professional.

After a storm in January, we suffered water leaking through a ceiling and wall. A minor, unsuccessful attempt to repair it by another roofer required us to call Elton. He reacted immediately and quoted for new gulleys and outlets, as well as new slates in some areas. These complicated works were carried out professionally and quickly. We recommend Permacote to our neighbours or anyone in this area.
