All work, which included all moss removal, replacing broken tiles etc was carried out perfectly. They also jet washed our drive and patio, leaving everything very clean

They were fully prepared and knew exactly what they were doing and were very familiar with the job. Everything was there and went smoothly. Done a very good job.

Work done was to an excellent standard, and was impressed by both pairs of individuals that worked on the site; very respectful of the property. Windows and window sills were cleaner after the work than before it started. Only negative is that work was only flagged as being one day, but had been communicated to their team as a two day job. This could have been problematic if I had been unavailable. E-mail communication was spotty, but that's pretty much the norm with tradespeople. Communication on-site was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
