  I am a landlord and property developer with over 20 years experience and done over 200 refurbishment projects. The Total construct team were incredibly professional and delivered an excellent high quality finish at a very competitive price, all kept to budget and timescales. In my experience these are the best contractors that I have ever used and will continue to use them. The communication, understanding of the project and professionalism and level of detail that they went into was exceptional. These guys are the crème de la crème at very competitive prices.   Great job, the finished of the bathroom was overall very good. Wonderful service, highly recommend this company we were always involved in the decision making. Quality of work was excellent. Looks amazing despite my bathroom being small everything was fitted to suit the size . We will definitely use Perfect Refurbishment Ltd in the future!

  I been used Perfect Refurbishment ltd to decorating and wallpapering of 15 rooms on Brown's Hotel London Mayfair. The quality of the finish was more then expected, brilliant work, clean and tidy.   Fully house refurbishment

  Cristi and team did an excellent job. The project was extensive - complete 4 bedroom house reburb including rewiring, bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, insulation and painting. Cristi ensured all of the work was undertaken to a very high standard and was flexible as the scope extended over the project. We would definitely recommend Cristi and hope to engage him for the house exterior next!
