Alan was a pleasure to work with. He was easy to contact and always turned up at the agreed time. He was transparent and clear about costs, and the quality of his work was excellent. He also left the place clean and tidy. He fixed our emergency water leak quickly, and his repair and redecoration of the water-damaged ceiling was so good that the repair is invisible. Job location: PO2Alan helped with a washing machine leak. We found the source and he explained on what to do next. He gave good explanations about the issue and offered to come back and help with the new washing machine. He was very nice to deal with and couldn’t be more helpful.
