James was very helpful and communicative. When visiting to quote he took photos up on the roof to show us the problems. Then he answered various questions back and forth before we booked the work. James and his colleague were able to schedule the job quickly, they turned up on time and completed all the works. Very friendly and helpful throughout.

Perfect Pitch Roofing were recommended via a work colleague of ours. We had major issues with our guttering ,which was original. Also the boards supporting the original guttering were failing. There was a complete overhaul of the guttering and down pipes done and a re configeration of pipe work to get the rainwater away in the correct manner. Also the roof on the front of the house had not been lagged by previous owners. So it was decided to do this also whilst fitting a Velux Window to rear of the property. None of this was an easy task. Thanks for Jim and Co's help the work was well done.

The work was completed to an excellent standard, very personable and friendly, kept me updated with progress and informed me about further work that was needed, which was also completed in a timely and efficient manner.

I couldn't recommend James and the team higher. He was very patient and explained everything to me thoroughly. Plenty of before and after pictures to show what work had been done. I was pleased with the quote and the cost didn't exceed the amount quoted. Thanks
