Could not open one of the drawers in our bed. Something was jamming.

Radovan arrived at agreed time, identified problem and unjammed the drawer. Needed new parts which he ordered, delivered and fitted a few days later. Always polite and tidied everything before he left. Would certainly use him again and will recommend to my friends & neighbours.
