Michael did an excellent job in replacing rotten wooden framing on a bathroom window with PVC. He was responsive when finding a date to carry out the work and completed on the planned date according to schedule. The work was completely in good time, to a high quality and at a good price. Michael was happy to explain in detail the structure of the window framing and options for resolving the issue. We were very happy with the job and will definitely use Michael again for future work, would highly recommend!

Mark came very quickly on the day when we first spoke. However after a short period the fixed door went to the initial state again and after having paid Mark did not show up after multiple dates and times organized. Not a great way of treating people. Initially we had communication now not even responding to my messages or calls. Although the initial interaction was pleasing this is very disappointing.
