Andy did an amazing job resolving a persistent mice problem that a previous pest control company failed to fix. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to inspect the property carefully, identified the root of the issue, and put a solid plan in place. Within days, we noticed a dramatic difference—and now, the problem is completely gone. I can’t recommend Andy highly enough. He was professional, respectful of our home, and truly went above and beyond.

We had a mice problem in a ground floor flat they came over and did some treatment and filled in holes the problem we have is that the tenant reported more mice activity within 5 weeks of there treatment it seems like there is NO after care or GUARANTEE he said if we wanted hime to come back he wanted a full charge again £280. I wouldnt of minded of paying a call out but this was his work which he carried out and it should have at the very least a re visit to re assess however NOT HAPPY now i have to pay some else to do it all again

Andy is excellent. He communicated very quickly and is always happy to help. This is the 2nd Job he has completed and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Andy was basically with us immediately and managed all our concerns. He is very informative and I now know rats are cannibals. Again lovely. He gave us a 3 week plan and that’s what happened.

What an absolute legend. Andy was brilliant. Professional, friendly and knew exactly what need doing. Always communicated with is before visits and was happy to explain what he was doing and why. And if he said he was going to arrive at a specific time, he did. Can't be said for a lot of other contractors. I can not recommend Andy and his service enough.
