    Speed and efficiency!

    Tom contacted me very quickly and quoted immediately, we accepted the quote and the job was completed 4 days later. excellent result, will use again.

    I’ve been most fortunate to have Tom carry out work on my garden for me over the past 3 years he has made a huge difference and a great contribution to a forever growing garden with many shrubs trees and plants. Tom is such a friendly guy hardworking and knowledgeable I’ve have recommended him to neighbouring friends and family and the results have been great for them.     Asked for cash, poor work and no receipt.

    The guy turned up to quote as promised and we agreed on £450 to get me small garden ready for winter. He turned up on the right day and started; Tom left after 20 minutes and left his lad to do the work. The young lad wandered around for a couple of hours not doing a lot and after a total of 2 1/2 hours Tom came back to get his money, I was rushed and felt intimidated so gave him £450 cash. Having a look the quality and what the young guy had done was not as expected or quoted for, £450 for 2 1/2 is a lot of money. I did call Tom to complain and ask for a receipt.

    Hi sorry that you are upset about this but when I finished the work and asked you to look around you were very happy with the work and shook my hand . You told me you wanted to pay cash at start I did not ask for cash this was your request. I did give you a call and said if there is something I have missed Iam happy to come out you replied saying no . It is very sad as you were a gentleman to work for and you was happy on the day this was a fixed qoute to cut shrubs back and front garden also clearing leafs out flower beds cut lawn .
