  Good work, could be better on admin and preventing damage

  Perfect Choice replace our gutters and cleaned the eaves. They communicated well, came on time and cleaned up afterwards. However, a few things were not great. Cleaning the eaves dirtied all of our windows and no care was taken to prevent the ladders scratching paint off our balcony rail. Worst of all was that they asked at the end of the day for payment in cash as it was the end of the month! A phone call to Danny sorted that out and we could pay by BACS but it still took a while to get a proper invoice/receipt on letterheaded paper.

  Assessing the repointing required to the front of my house, the top of our boundary wall and rear wall, Danny was most friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Tom and Ethan carried out the necessary work to the highest standard and always cleaned up at the end of each day. When they had finished, my next door neighbour told me that his builder had viewed my repointing and said the work that Tom and Ethan had completed was excellent. I will certainly call upon their services again, when the need arises.

  Roof repair on terraced house

  Repaired some rendering on the front of our roof. Did the job the very next day, to a good standard, also unblocked the guttering and tidied up after. Price was reasonable, job well done.

  Highly recommend i am very happy i contacted these very helpful and polite guys Danny and the lads were great from start to finsh informing me what was going to be down and taking photos aswell to keep me updated. The work carried out was brilliant and everything was fixed a completed to a high standard on our roof. Thank you again guys really appreciate your help will definitely be contacting you again for some other things I have in mind. Thank you Liam 👍

  Everything explained very clearly with photos. The staff were brilliant - friendly and polite, very respectful of property, and tidied everything up. Work completed very quickly and for a fair price. I would absolutely recommend and would use them again.
