  BUILD A SINGLE STOREY EXTENSION.

  we chose PE property services for the construction phase, based on recommendations and their competitive quote. We were impressed with their professionalism and communication throughout the build. Their team were punctual, courteous, and kept us informed of progress every step of the way. They were also very accommodating to our requests and addressed any concerns we had promptly. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. The brickwork matches our existing house perfectly, and the roof was expertly installed. It was a significant investment, but one that we believe was well worth it.

  Phil is our go-to builder. We reached out to him before completing on our new home because we needed to bring our 1930s house into the 21st century. It needed to be made homely and child safe very quickly and him and his team did a great job. I felt confident giving them a house key and letting them do their job. I would recommend. The team rewired our home, replaced the boiler, pipes and radiators, extended the kitchen and completed a full renovation, renovated our bathroom, separate toilet, laid flooring downstairs and boarded the loft with a light, insulation, new hatch door and ladder.

  Re fit out of out building

  Phil and his team were excellent from day 1 through to completion. We have a sizeable out building with a shower room, utility room, main living room and study which was old and needed gutting and new fit out. Phil’s team of experts were super knowledgeable and they were very open and honest in terms of what needed doing. Everything was completed to such high standards. We definitely will be using them again.

  Laying a new patio

  The job involved removing several mature shrubs,levelling the ground and removing the old patio.Laying a new patio across the whole area and continue the paving down the side of the house.Also replacing an entire fence down one side of the garden.Phil Elliott and his team are efficient, hard-working and honest.If problems arose, we discussed them and found solutions.I was able to ask questions and know that I would not be lied to, or treated like an idiot.Due to inclement weather,the job took longer than anticipated but I am totally happy with the completed work.I would highly recommend them.

  Removal of wall between kitchen and dinning room. Fit new plasterboard ceiling and tile floor.

  A very courteous company, the standard of their workmanship is outstanding. Once the work started communication was good and the financial side was easy to keep track of with no hidden surprises. Taking a wall down is a messy business but every effort was made to keep disruption down to a minimum. We chose this company based on alterations completed on our next door neighbours home. We were not disappointed, I would highly recommend.
