We are so relieved to have found Spencer! Not only is he experienced, friendly and professional, but he was also willing to help us out with a challenging toilet leak that 3 other plumbers said was too challenging. Today he serviced our Boiler and once again did a wonderful job.

I have now used spencer on a number of jobs over the past 3+ years. He is excellent at fault finding and fixing issue. Fitted several new radiators for me, fixed a boiler issue in a rental property and identified the cause of blocked pipes. I would highly recommend the company.

Spencer came out & provided a quote then offered to drain the tank, which was leaking, immediately. The following day he had sourced a replacement tank & provided timescales for delivery. The job needed to be split over 2 days, so he came out as soon as he took delivery to remove the old tank & install the new one. As I had been without hot water for a week, he prioritised coming back to finish the installation & fill the tank. From providing a quote to completion was only 11 days. He explained what options were available & was very personable.

Spencer arrived when promised & got on with replacing the pump. He was efficient & ensured all was working well before he left. I was impressed with his efficiency & the price charged, which was less than I expected. I would highly recommend him & I will certainly use him again.

Spencer was polite helpful and kept me up to date as he was fixing the tap. It has been a little over a month now and no problems now whatsoever.
