  Leak from waste pipe connecting to soil pipe.

  I was contacted by Jervis concerning a leak I had in my bathroom which was located on the join from the waste pipe/soil pipe. Jervis came out on short notice and was able to explain in detail the issue and the best way to resolve. He was more than happy to book the work in around my busy work schedule at short notice and resolved the problem. Jervis was on time, professional and carried out the work in a timely manner. Jervis also checked in a couple of times after the work was carried out to ensure everything was still okay. Will definitely use Penu Plumbing for future work I may have.

  Toilet Soil Pipe Replacement

  They accepted my job very quickly and said they would telephone me the following morning, which they did. I sent them photos of the problem so they were able to pick up a replacement part on their way to me that morning. Work completed efficiently and thoroughly. Would definately recommend.

He took the time to explain everything in detail so I fully understood the work being carried out, which gave me a lot of confidence.
