  Jervis contacted me by phone within a few hours of the job being posted and we arranged to have the work done the next day. The £60 call out charge was reasonable. Jervis arrived on time and kept me updated with a call while on the way. He professionally dealt with the problem and the total charge was reasonable. A polite and professional plumber that I can totally recommend

  Quickly called me to discuss job - was very helpful and agreed to come quickly to assist - arrived as agreed and quickly resolved the leak with agreement reached on the further work required to provide a permenant solution - throughout good explanations provided - I will definitely use Penu again and recommend them for other people.

  Toilet Leak Repair

  Within an hour of posting a request, Jervis replied and offered to help immediately. He fixed the problem in 30 mins using his experience and plumbing know-how. An absolute gem! If I could give 11/10 I would. If you find yourself looking for a plumber & have no idea who to contact, seriously, message him- you won’t be disappointed!
