  I needed to get an outside tap installed urgently and contacted Checkatrade. Penu Plumbing was the second trader to respond and promised that they could do the work Saturday afternoon, they also came in with a slightly cheaper quote so the decision to employ them was simple. Jervis turned up at exactly the time he promised and within one hour had installed a new tap and pipework which impressed me greatly. He also charged the exact price he originally quoted twenty four hours earlier. This was the first time I have used Jervis but it certainly won't be the last.

  Called Jervis out as we hv just moved into a new house and couldn’t get the washing machine plumbed in. He came out the same day and put some new pipe work in and got it all up and running for us. He carried out the whole job and didn’t leave till it was fully completed and even waited whilst we ran a short cycle to check everything was ok. A+++ service. Would highly recommend. Really nice guy.

  Excellent service from start to finish. Jervis installed the pipeline and fitted the washing machine to a very high standard. His communication was clear throughout, and the price was reasonable and fixed with no surprises. He explained the process clearly and kept me informed at every stage. Very professional and reliable . highly recommended.

  Jervis did a great job investigating a leak. He arrived on time, found the issue quickly and came up with a plan to fix within a couple hours. He was able to come out next day and was very professional. Would recommend
