  Jervis responded very quickly to the checkatrade request and came out on the same day despite it being a bank holiday. He was courteous friendly and efficient, solving the immediate issue quickly and advising on next steps. He then came out again as soon as the new tap we needed, which he sourced for us, had arrived and set it up quickly and effectively. We would strongly recommend Jervis for plumbing jobs. Bn

  Jervis contacted me by phone within a few hours of the job being posted and we arranged to have the work done the next day. The £60 call out charge was reasonable. Jervis arrived on time and kept me updated with a call while on the way. He professionally dealt with the problem and the total charge was reasonable. A polite and professional plumber that I can totally recommend

  Quickly called me to discuss job - was very helpful and agreed to come quickly to assist - arrived as agreed and quickly resolved the leak with agreement reached on the further work required to provide a permenant solution - throughout good explanations provided - I will definitely use Penu again and recommend them for other people.
