We have used Martin for several jobs before and always been extremely happy. We recently engaged Martin to remove old wooden cladding, add insulation and add new cladding. He carried out these works with excellent skill and as unfortunately our house is not built very square Martin had a number of challenges to overcome. He kept us updated throughout the works and we are really pleased with the finished product.

Having hired Martin previously for underpinning our extension I had no hesitation in asking him to double the width of our block-paved driveway. Once again I am extremely pleased with the results, it looks fantastic. As well as being a clean and tidy builder, Martin was open to adapting the design so that the end result was exactly what we were looking for. As we have plans for further works for the property we will definitely be contacting Martin and Pentland Building and Groundworks again.

We hired Martin for block paving, a patio extension, and a garden cabin build. The work was completed to a high standard and with clear communication throughout. Martin did an absolutely fantastic job laying my new patio and putting up two sheds for me, complete with concrete bases. He was always punctual, friendly and polite, and worked very hard to make sure the project came in on time, on budget and to a very high standard. I particularly liked his attention to detail, making sure I was happy at all points with the work and with the end product. He came highly recommended from a friend and certainly lived up to my expectations. In turn, I wholeheartedly recommend him also. He deservedly scores 10 out of 10 on all parts.
