Stuart replaced our outside tap, including the pipe work behind it which was awkwardly hidden behind built-in kitchen units. Good communication, arrived promptly, worked clean and quickly, explained what he was doing, charged a fair price and was polite. Very pleased, would recommend and would use again.

Stuart was a pleasure to deal with. He was prompt in responding to the initial inquiry, providing a quote, adjusting it in response to alternative reasonable alternatives. In the job, Stuart was on time, thoughtful in making recommendations to identify and resolve the issue. In the course of investigations he identified a on going issue, separate to the initial issue, but continued to resolve the primary request. Once finished, he was able to provide a quote for the separate work, while on site. Given the quality of interactions with Stuart, I had no hesitation to give him the work.
